  3. Prepare 1 cup grated khoya
  4. Make ready 1 cup condensed milk
  5. Take 1 teaspoon green cardamom powder
  6. Get 10-15 Alpenlibe strawberry Juzt jelly toffee for making topping
  7. Make ready 2 tbsp Chai seeds
  8. Prepare 1 tbsp maple syrup
  9. Take 4-5 pieces strawberry Juzt jelly for garnish
Instructions to make Custard Apple JuztJelly Burfi:
  1. Grease a barfi tray with some ghee and keep aside.
  2. Now cut the custard apple into half and scoop out all the pulp in a bowl.
  3. Mash it in to a paste.
  4. Discard the seeds and keep this aside.
  5. Now Heat 2 tablespoons of ghee in a non-stick pan.
  6. Add the khoya, condensed milk and cardamom powder.
  7. Mix well and cook till the mixture thicken.
  8. Add the custard apple pulp in Mawa mixture.
  9. Mix well and cook for apox 1minute.
  10. Transfer this mixture into the greased tray about 2/3 way up. and spread evenly.
  11. Transfer to refrigerate till set.
  12. Now Grind juzt jelly toffee with maple syrup for topping
  13. Microwave for one minute.
  14. Add the chia seeds and Microwave for one more minute,
  15. Spread this Chia-juzt jelly mixture over custard apple layer.
  16. Then freeze for another 15 min.
  17. Cut into your choice of shape
  18. Garnish with Strawberry juzt jelly toffee and serve.
