  3. Make ready 6-8 Hari mirchi
  4. Get Mint leaves 1 bunch

  6. Prepare Curry leaves 10-12
  7. Prepare 500 gm Curd
  8. Get 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  9. Get 1 tsp Haldi
  10. Make ready 4 tsp Mirchi
  11. Prepare Salt as per required
  12. Make ready 1 Lemon
  13. Prepare 5 tsp Oil
  14. Prepare 1 litre Water
  15. Take Garam masala whole and powdered 1tsp+ 1tsp
Steps to make Hyderabadi Mutton tahari:
  1. Soak rice for 30 minutes, chop all the veggies, let all the ingredients to cook.
  2. Add oil in a cooker, add garam masala, onion,mutton, saute well and add ginger garlic paste haldi, salt lal mirchi, and mix well.put the lid and let wait for 2 whistles.add tomatoes and coriander and hari mirchi let them sauted well for 5-10 minutes. Add curd and mix well..take a big pot and tranfer mutton mixture into pot and sauted well.
  3. Add water let it boil and add mintleaves, coriander leaves,after boiling point add soaked rice.mix and let it cook for 10-15minutes.
  4. After 15 minutes mix well, let it simmer for low frame cover the lid and cook for6minutes. And serve hot with dahi chutney.
