Further take a large kadai, heat oil and saute chopped garlic, chopped ginger,slit green chilli and chopped onions and capsicum on medium flame.Now add chilli sauce,ajinomoto, tomato sauce, soya sauce, schezwan sauce, vinegar and salt.saute on high flame for 30 seconds.Turn off the flame and add honey and mix well.
  4. Further add fried potato and mix gently.add roasted sesame seeds.mix well.
  5. Finally, serve Schezwan chilli potato hot with Jeera rice.
