  1. Get 1 cup Dahi (Yogurt)
  2. Take 1 cup Besan (Gram flour)
  3. Take 1 tsp Salt
  4. Get pinch Turmeric
  5. Make ready 1 pack (5 gm) eno (fruit salt)
  6. Get 1 and half tsp Ginger/Garlic (pounded)
  7. Take 1 Lemon Juice
  8. Get 3 and half tbsp Oil
  9. Get pinch Soda Bicarbonate
  10. Make ready 3 and half tbsp Sooji/Semolina
  11. Take 2 Green Chillies (pounded)
Steps to make Whosayna’s Dhokra:
  1. Keep a big pot for steaming or dhokla steamer on flame with water. - Mix all ingredients together, when water starts boiling add 1-2 tsp ENO fruit salt and stir well, pour on a greased small thhali, sprinkle chilli powder. - keep for steaming till done. - when done cut squares
  2. Garnish: - make vaghaar/temper of mustard, cummin seeds, sesame and green chilli flakes pour over two tablespoon grated coconut little sugar and salt then sprinkle on the dhokra squares with chopped coriander leaves.
