  15. Again heat the frying pan take some butter then add prepared paste stir it 5 to 8 min on lower flame
  16. Now add red chilli powder and turmeric powder, meet masala powder to taste salt mix gently
  17. Now add fried kofte now cook on lower flame for 5 to 8 min
  18. Now last garnish some chopped coriander leaves and turn off the flame
  19. In a cooker add rice and water as ur required and pure ghee now closed the lid and pressure cook up to 1 whistles
  20. Now turn off the flame
  21. Now ready to serve it
