The ingredients needed to make Hummus(Lebanese dip):
  1. Make ready boiled chickpeas
  2. Make ready hung curd
  3. Get garlic cloves
  4. Make ready Virgin olive oil
  5. Take paprika/chilli flakes
  6. Get oregano
  7. Get lemon juice
  8. Make ready chopped Parsley
  9. Prepare water
  10. Get salt
Steps to make Hummus(Lebanese dip):
  1. Firstly soak chickpeas overnight,
  2. Cook chickpeas in a cooker by getting 3 whistles, slightly over cooking gives it a nice creamy texture.
  3. Now in a mixer jar add boiled chickpeas, salt, garlic cloves, olive oil about 4-5 tbsp,lemon juice,oregano, hung curd,chilli flakes(paprika) optional,and add 3-4tbsp water grind to a coarse paste
  4. Take out in a serving dish, sprinkle some paprika/chilli flakes, a swirl of proper amount of olive oil about 4-5 tbsp, garnish with some chopped parsley/coriander leaves.. And its done..
