  2. Prepare 5 cups flour
  3. Take 1 cup warm milk
  4. Prepare 1/2 warm water
  5. Make ready 1/4 cup olive oil
  6. Make ready Pinch salt
  7. Take 1 teaspoon sugar
  8. Get 2 teaspoon yeast
  9. Take For Spinach filling :-
  10. Make ready 2 kg fresh spanich washed and drained
  11. Get 2 medium onion finely chopped
  12. Make ready 1 tsp sumac
  13. Take 1/2 cup olive oil
  14. Make ready 1/4 cup lemon juice
  15. Get to taste Salt

Chop the onions very fine and add them to the spinach. Add the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and sumac. Brush the edges with egg mixture. Fold squares over the filling to form triangles.

Instructions to make Spinach Pastry Triangle:
  1. In a bowl put water, yeast , sugar and dissolve the yeast well and allowed to react as shown in the picture.
  2. In a bowl, put kneading flour and salt, stir well and then add the olive oil and stir and then add the yeast and milk and well-kneaded material .
  3. Dough is placed in a deep bowl Oiled & placed in a warm place for two hours
  4. To prepare the filling:-
  5. Wash the spinach well and left to dry and then chop
  6. Spinach put in alarge deep casserole and placed on a low heat and stir from time to time
  7. When the spinach wilts and out of the water, this indicates that the spinach is ripe. - Stir the spinach and then set aside and get rid of excess water and set aside to cool
  8. In a non-stick pan olive oil, onion, salt is put on the backburner and is stirring occasionally until tender and onion is cooked perfectly .
  9. To prepare the filling
  10. In a bowl put spinach and onions, we get rid of the remaining oil and add the onions, sumac and lemon juice and stir well
  11. After two hours, we see that the dough has become ready
  12. Cut the dough into small pieces and balled
