  1. Cut your salad and wash with veniger and set a side

  3. Use knife or scissors to cut shawarma bread into square or any shape you like
  4. Heat little oil in a pan and fry the bread till golden brown
  5. For the dressing:mix olive oil,lemon juice,garlic,sumac,mustard,salt and seasoning
  6. Arrange the veggies on the plate and drizzle salad dressing,arrange bread on top and serve
