  1. Ek pan mein oil dal kar onion half sauth karein phir is mein haldi powder, zeera,ginger garlic paste dal kar bhoona aur phir red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, tomater
  2. Aur pani dal kar pakein jab tomater gal Jay to bhoona kar is mein green chilli, mix vegetable dal kar bhoona
  3. Aur dum per pakein 15 se 20 minutes jab vegetable soft ho Jay to flame high Kar ke bhoon Lain aur flame off kar dun aur coriander leave sprinkle kar dhn.
  4. Gobi Matar Aloo ki Sabzi ready hai - Serve with roti,paratha and salad.
  5. Note: - Ek Pan mein 3 tbsp oil dal kar is mein cutting vegetable dal kar 10 minutes bhoona Lein. Phir masalay mein add kar dhn
