  1. Get 6 eggs boiled and peeled
  2. Take 2 onion finely chopped
  3. Make ready 2 tomato finely chopped
  4. Get 1 boiled potato cut into medium size

  6. Take 1/2 cup dahi or curd
  7. Take 1/2 tsp turmeric or haldi powder
  8. Make ready 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  9. Prepare 1/2 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
  10. Prepare 1/2 tsp Coriander power
  11. Get 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  12. Prepare 1/2 tsp paw bhaji masala
  13. Make ready 1 tbsp ghee
  14. Take to taste Salt
  15. Prepare 1 tsp kasuri methi
  16. Get As required Oil
  17. Take 1/2 tsp sabut jeera
  18. Take 2 green chilli chopped
  19. Prepare 2 red chilli saboot
  20. Get 1 bat leaf
  21. Get 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Steps to make Ande ki sabzi:
  1. Take a kadahi heat it and pour some oil now deep fried the egg and potato, keep it aside
  2. In same pan now add our saboot masala like jeera, saboot red chili, chopped green chilli,bay leaf saute for 1 min,now add chopped onion, fry it when onion turn brown, now add ginger garlic paste,
  3. Now add all dry ingredients like haldi, red chili, Coriander, garam masala and paw bhaji masala, add litte water and saute till oil get separated, now add green peas, saute for 2min now add chopped tomato, and cover it on low flame for 4,5min
  4. Now add curd or dahi mix Well and again cover for 5min, our masala is completely fry now add fried egg and potato mix all together, lastly add Ghee, kashmir chilli Powder and kasuri methi, cover it for 2min
  5. Now add 2glass of water or as required, let it boil for 10 min in medium flam, when oil seprate off the flame and serve with chapati or rice
