  2. Get 200 g self rising flour

  2. Meanwhile in a mixing bowl combine all the dry ingredients together, both flour, salt, bicarbonate of soda. And finally add the golden syrup.
  3. Turn the oven to 180C. Add the water into the milk. Stir with a spoon and pour the liquid into the flour mix. Stir with a spoon (wooden or tablespoons). I have added a few wild garlic flowers. I like the taste and you can find them everywhere at the moment.
  4. Grease generously a loaf tin and put the mix into the tin. Bake the bread for 35-40 minutes. Leave the bread on a cooling rack. Slice the bread!
