  2. Make ready 3/4 cup semolina
  3. Take 1 cup sugar (syrup)
  4. Make ready 2 tsp sugar
  5. Get 4 tsp ghee
  6. Get 3 tsp cocoa powder
  7. Get 4 tsp dry fruit
  8. Get 3 tsp knuckles
  9. Make ready 1.5 cup water

  1. At first,take milk in a pan and tempt it
  2. Then,add ghee and sugar in it
  3. Stir well and add semolina
  4. Stir again and dry the mixture
  5. Then keep the half portion of mixture in plate.
  6. Keep the other half portion in pan.
  7. Take coco powder in a bowl with milk and mix well.
  8. Add the choco milk in mixture pan.
  9. Next,mix all of them in pan and saute on gas.
  10. Put the rest portion in plate.
  11. Then,add ghee in both mixture and knead.
  12. Grease ghee in hand
  13. Make balls from both mixture in hand.
  14. Join the both different colour ball together
  15. Stuff the balls with dry fruits and knuckles.
  16. Close the edges of them after stuff and make round shape balls
  17. Take sugar and water in 1:1.5 ratio in a pan
  18. Boil the water and make sugar syrup
  19. Add cardamom in it for flavour
  20. Add the balls in pan and tempt the syrup.
  21. Stir the balls in syrup
  22. After 5 min,off the oven and cover the rasgulla in pan.
  23. Keep them cool for 8 -10hrs in syrup.
  24. Then,the balls absorb the syrup.
  25. Prepared the coco brown rasgulla dessert and serve.
