  2. Prepare 100 gm gram flour
  3. Prepare 100 gm semolina
  4. Get 100 gm rice flour
  5. Get 250 gms onion green leaves finely chopped
  6. Take 1 onion finely chopped
  7. Get 2-3 tomatoes finely chopped
  8. Prepare 10 cloves garlic and 2inc ginger paste
  9. Make ready to taste Salt

  11. Get 3 eggs
  12. Prepare Water
  13. Make ready Some crushed black pepper
  14. Take 2-3 teaspoon milk
  15. Make ready 5-6 green chillies and coriander leaves
Instructions to make Multi Grain Chila:
  1. Take all the things together, wash the vegetables
  2. Finely chop all the vegetables and beat the eggs with some 2-3 tablespoon milk
  3. Mix all the ingredients together and add water to get flowing consistency, add salt as per taste and black pepper powder
  4. Add the egg and milk batter to the mixture and again beat it for sometime.
  5. Grease the Tawa or pan with some oil and pour the batter on medium hot tawa
  6. Add some oil on the sides to let the chila cook, once the chila leave the sides flip it. Make sure you put the gas on Sim otherwise it might get burnt
  7. Cook it on Sim gas on both the sides. Let it cook from inside
  8. Your healthy Multigrain chila is ready to eat. Serve it with green chutney and curd.
