  1. In mixing bowl first add all the dry ingredients mix it then add the wet ingredients mix it very well then rest it for 20 minutes then make a sugar syrup for this heat a pan
  2. E add sugar and water cook it until it becomes little sticky add 1 small lemon wedge once done turn off the heat now heat a pan add ghee once the ghee is hot
  3. Deep fry all the malpuas once done put it in the warm sugar syrup your in the sugar syrup for 3 minutes then take it out then is ready to serve…
