  1. Take 1 cup urad/black gram dal
  2. Get 1/2 cup moong/yellow split gram
  3. Prepare 1 1/4 cup powdered sugar(you can also use boora sugar)
  4. Get 1 tsp cardamom powder
  5. Get 2 tbsp dry coconut, grated
  6. Prepare 1 cup ghee/or as required to make laddoos
  7. Make ready 1 tbsp almonds, chopped
  8. Prepare 1 tbsp cashewnuts chopped
  9. Take 1 tbsp raisins
  10. Prepare 1 tbsp pistachio chopped

  1. Firsty wipe thoroughly both the dals with a cloth as we cannot wash and clean as we need to dry roast both the dals.
  2. Now take heavy bottomed pan,on a low to medium flame dry roast both the dal's until it turns in to light brown and you get good nutty roasted flavour take out in a plate and let it cool completely,roast all dry fruits, and coconut grated and keep aside.
  3. Now make coarse powder of both the roasted dals in mixer/blender, transfer to mixing bowl.
  4. To this add powdered sugar, roasted chopped nuts, cardamom powder,roasted dry coconut,give it a good mix now add ghee little by little mix well and check whether you can form laddoos, you can use ghee as it required to form laddoos.Mix well make laddoos when consistency is correct to make laddoos,your healthy, delicious winter special laddoos are ready to serve.
