  6. On medium flame, roast on both sides till brown spots appear. Take in a plate and keep covered in a cloth till serving. Repeat the process for rest of the dough.
  7. Serve the hot Jolada Rotti with green vegetables curry(soppu saagu), a salad of onions, methi leaves and lemon wedges. Serve pickel and a mixture of jaggery and ghee as a sweet dish ! Enjoy!
