1. Take a strainer put on white flour, baking soda, baking powder, sugar sieve it.
2. Now divide into two portions.
3. In a bowl take half portion white flour, milk, half tbs vinegar and half cup oil mix it properly without any lumps now make a flowing consistency batter.
4. Now take a second portion mix fruit juice and pinch of food colour half cup oil, half tbsp vinegar mix nicely without any lumps now make a flowing consistency batter.
5. Now take a cake mould grease with oil then put butter paper.
6. Now put on 1 ladle white batter then second ladle mixed fruit batter.
7. Repeat it the same process 10 times.
8. Now take toothpick make a floral pattern of your choice totally optional.
9. Now keep it a preheated microwave on 180 c for 30 mins.
10. Now remove the plate.
11. Now in a bowl add 4 tbsp strawberry jam, 1 tbsp sugar powder mix it and spread on the prepared cake evenly top garnish some chocolate sprinkle and gems.
