  1. Take 4 tbsp Natural Greek Yoghurt
  2. Get Handful fresh coriander

  4. Make ready 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
  5. Make ready 1 green chilli
  6. Prepare 2 cloves garlic
  7. Make ready to taste Salt
  8. Get Half a lime
  9. Take 1 tsp honey
  10. Get 1/4 tsp black pepper

Mint is a pungent, refreshing herb. To begin, pick the mint leaves and reserve the stalks. Blanch the mint leaves for a few seconds in boiling water, then refresh in ice water to stop the cooking process. You would drizzle the mint sauce like you would a salad dressing over the lamb.

Steps to make Mint Sauce:
  1. First chop the coriander, mint leaves, green chilli and garlic cloves. Now either grind them in a grinder or paste in a mortar and pestle. Beat the yoghurt in a separate bowl. Now add all the spices
  2. Give them a good stir. Then add the paste. Mix them well. Add honey and squeeze fresh lime juice. Mix everything well. Now take a sieve and pour the sauce on it. Take a spoon and press firmly to get the smooth mint sauce.
  3. Serve with any kebabs or spicy snacks.😋

Blanch the mint leaves for a few seconds in boiling water, then refresh in ice water to stop the cooking process. You would drizzle the mint sauce like you would a salad dressing over the lamb.
