  12. Take 3 tomato chopped
  13. Prepare 1 large onion slices
  14. Take 1 tbsp ginger julienne
  15. Get 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  16. Get 1 tsp mix garam masala powder
  17. Make ready 1 tsp crush black pepper
  18. Take 2 tsp meetha soda
  19. Get 3/4 cup oil+ 3 tb desi ghee

Best of the best chanay by Jheela Chanay Wala Shadbagh Lahore. The taste is so amazing and the chanay are very delicious that you cant stop yourself from eating. Jheela has the best chanay I have ever tasted. His recipe is so different then others and the mix of spice is just too good.

Instructions to make Yakhni chanay with cream:
  1. First of all make a yakhni of motton polao (I have given already in beef/ motton polao).
  2. Now soak the chanay overnight,next day drain the water add 2 teaspoon of meetha soda for 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. Next heat the pan add oil / ghee add onions and ginger garlic paste sauté it then add zeera and green chilli with tomato mix it well.
  4. Now add chanay and cook it with spoon 🥄 then add yogurt and continuely stir it well.
  5. Add 2 cups of mutton yakhni and cook it until it becomes tender completely.
  6. After 30 minutes check the chanay if it’s tender than cream, Coriander, julienne ginger and garnishing with cream.
  7. A yummy and rich taste yakhni chanay with cream is ready to serve with kulcha/ naan, enjoy it.

Directions In English Karhai mein cooking oil aur chawal dal ker ache tarhan mix karein. Tayyar yakhni shamil karein aur ubal anay ka bad tez ancch per pani reduce ho janay tak apak lein.
