The ingredients needed to make Whole wheat jaggery cake:
  1. Make ready 1 cup wheat flour
  2. Get 2 tbsp milk powder
  3. Get 1 tsp Baking powder
  4. Take 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  5. Take 1/4 tsp salt
  6. Take 1/2 cup clarified butter/deshi ghee
  7. Prepare 1 cup curd
  8. Prepare 1/2 cup Jaggery paste
  9. Get 4 tbsp milk
  10. Make ready 1 tbsp white vinegar
Instructions to make Whole wheat jaggery cake:
  1. Firstly line the tin apply ghee with the brush or hand and dust with some flour and spread all the sides.
  2. Take a bowl put ghee and Jaggery paste beat them together till light and smooth.
  3. Add curd and beat them till smooth in texture add vinegar and vanilla essence beat them to keep the side wet mixture.
  4. All dry Ingredients maida, milk powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt put in a bowl, and sieve them.
  5. Combine the both mixture together in 3 batches just apply the cut and fold method for mixing add milk and mix well.
  6. Now pour the cake batter in a "6-inch" cake tin and tap 7 to 8 times to set the cake mixture to garnish with crushed dry nuts mix with little flour.
  7. Baking time:- Preheated oven for 10 minutes Bake at 180c 35 to 40 minutes.
  8. After baking the cake cool completely and demould dust with powder sugar or icing sugar serve it and enjoy it.
