  1. Take 3 cups reduced milk
  2. Get 1/4 cup wheat daliya
  3. Take 1 1/2 tbsp clarified butter/ghee
  4. Take 1 cup water
  5. Prepare 1 pinch salt
  6. Take 1/4 cup sugar
  7. Make ready 3 cups thickened milk
  8. Prepare 5 cashews fried and chopped
  9. Make ready 5 almond chopped
  10. Get 2 tbsp kismis
  11. Get 1 green cardamom
  12. Make ready 2 cloves
  13. Get 2 red cherries to garnish
  14. Get 3-4 pieces one arnapurna leaf
Instructions to make Wheat Daliya Kheer:
  1. Take chopped almond, kismis and crushed cardamom and cloves along with wheat daliya in a pressure cooker.
  2. Fry for two minutes on low heat and add the desi ghee.
  3. Fry for five minutes till the kismis are fried.
  4. Add a cup of water and pinch of salt. Mix well.
  5. Pressure cook for two whistles.
  6. Transfer the daliya from cooker to a wide vessel with three cups of thickened milk. Add pieces of Arnapurna leaf to get aroma in kheer.
  7. Boil for 5-7 minutes till the daliya mix well and the kheer thickened.
  8. The daliya kheer is ready to serve. Garnish with cashews and cherry. - Thanks
