  4. Once the batter has rise, place a pan on medium-low heat so that the kaimati don't get dark,and make some tiny smalls rounds using the tips of fingers or a machine and deep fry them till golden-brown.
  5. When ready place aside and make some syrup
  6. SYRUP PREPARATION: - mix all the ingredients of the syrup:sugar,water & cardamon and bring it to boil its starts to stick.
  7. When syrup is ready,put the kaimati in the syrup and coat them with the syrup and let them dry,then your kaimati are ready and enjoy 😋
  8. Note: - when coating the kaimati with the syrup make sure the syrup has cool down and the kaimati are hot or it has to be viceverse.
