For the red vinegar sauce, place the glucose and sugar into a large saucepan. Whisk over medium heat until the sugar dissolves. To serve, place the crispy eggplant into a large bowl. Ladle a generous amount of sauce over the eggplant and give it a good stir, coating all the sticks well.

  1. Gram flour mey, salt, chilli powder, mitha soda, garlic powder dasl kar mix krey or water se paste bana lien, paste running consistency ki honi chahiye. Zarorat ho to or pani add kar leyn.
  2. 1 Potato ke thick slices cut kar leyn, Brinjal peel kar ke fries ki terhan batons cut kar leyn. Spinach ki stems cut kar ke leaves wash kar leyn. Green chillies bhi wash kar leyn.
  3. Oil ko Karahi mien daal ke Garam kar leyn, medium heat ho Jaye to cut and washed veggies ko prepared batter mien dip kar ke fry kar lien.
  4. Beautiful golden Colour a Jaye to absorbing paper per nikal lien.
  5. Green Vinegar ke liye, eik bowl mien vinegar or water ko mix krein or green chilli paste or salt add kar leyn achi terha mix karein. Green vinegar is ready with any Pakoras.
  6. Sab fried veggies ko Serving platter mien set kar leyn or Green Vinegar ke sath serve krein. Tasty platter is ready to serve.

To serve, place the crispy eggplant into a large bowl. Ladle a generous amount of sauce over the eggplant and give it a good stir, coating all the sticks well.
