  2. Take 250 grams Fresh Pickles diced in 1.5cm size or small cucumbers

  15. Take 1/2 Optional chicken broth powder
  16. Take 1/3 cup olive oil
  17. Prepare salt and pepper
  18. Get 1 if you love mint you can add half teaspoon of ground or fresh mint the dressing will become mint flavor

It's typically tossed with a simple lemon dressing and tons of fresh mint, whose flavors brighten up this salad beautifully. Gradually add oil, whisking constantly, until well. Well, it's a Middle Eastern chopped vegetable salad made with thinly sliced cucumbers, radishes, tomato, homemade pita chips, and tons of fresh mint and parsley. The veggies and herbs are coarsely chopped, making it a super easy salad to whip up.

Steps to make Fatoush salad:
  1. In a skillet Toast the pita squares until they are crispy. If you dont mind about fat you can fry them until crispy it tastes better when fried. Or you can buy all ready toasted pita squares at costco or supermarket.
  2. Mix all the salad ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Mix all the dressing ingredients and adjust flavor to taste.
  4. Mix dressing and salad together. Add the pita squares when you are ready to eat the salad. Sprinkle some sumac on top of everything.
