Place romaine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, bell pepper, green onions, mint leaves, parsley, and cilantro into a large bowl.   9. Prepare Veggies
  10. Get Cherry Tomatos sliced down middle
  11. Take Romain Lettuce
  12. Take Yellow and orange bell pepper chopped
  13. Make ready 1 Long skinny cucumber (idk the name)
  14. Prepare Scallions chopped
  15. Take Parsley
  16. Get Pita chips on top (not seen in photo)

Instructions to make Fattoush:
  1. Chop all vegetables
  2. Place in a large bowl
  3. Mix veggies
  4. Add all your dry/wet ingredients. With veggies
  5. Then mix
  6. Don’t forget to taste as you go because you don’t want it to be too tart/sour
