  1. Method - - Combine the lamb mince, onion, mint, garlic paste, ground cumin, ground sumac, salt, milled black pepper, red chilli powder, and ice water in a large bowl. - Knead the mixture. Place in the refrigerator for about 30 mins to chill. - - Wet your hands and place a quarter of the lamb mixture onto each skewer. - - Grill the kebabs, for approximately 10-12 mins, until well charred on both sides. - - Serve the kebabs with pita breads or naan bread and sliced red onions & cucumbers.❣
