The ingredients needed to make Cheese Flan:
  1. Make ready Cheese Flan
  2. Get 1 can condensed milk
  3. Prepare 1 can evaporated milk
  4. Get 5 eggs
  5. Prepare 1 packages cream cheese 8 oz
  6. Take 1 tsp vanilla
  7. Take caramel sauce
  8. Make ready 1 cup sugar
  9. Make ready 1/4 cup water
Instructions to make Cheese Flan:
  1. Mix all ingredients in the blender
  2. Pour into the pan with caramel sauce on bottom
  3. Cook for 55 minutes at 350℉, check with a tooth pick in the center to be dry and slightly firm.
  4. For caramel sauce use a sauce pan and cook sugar and water until melted and change color to light brown (caramel color)
