  1. Tinday cheel kar kaat lien pyaz tamater bi kaat lien.
  2. Oil garam kar lien.pyaz shamil kar soft kar lien
  3. Pyaz soft ho jayay tu gonger garlic paste shamil krien.1 minute pyaz ke sath bhonien
  4. Phir masalay daal dien 3 tablespoon pani add kar ke masalay ko 1 minute bhonien
  5. Ab masalay mn tamater shamil kar dien.
  6. Ab 1/3 cup pani dall kar dhak kar tamater galnay tak pakayen.
  7. Tamater gal jayen tu gosht shamil krien aur 2 ssy 3 minute madalay ke sath pakayen.
  8. Ab half cup pani daal kar cover krien 5 say 6 minute ya gosht galnay tak pakayen.
  9. Jab gosht gal jayey aur madala ghee chor day.
  10. Tinday add krien.
  11. Achay say mix kar ke 3 minute bhonien.
  12. Half cup pani add kroen dhak kar pani khushk honay tak aur tonday galnay tak pakayen.
  13. Jab tinday gal jayen aur masala acha bhun jaye tu flame off kar dien.
  14. Haray dhaniay say garnish krien aur garma garam roti ke sath serve krien.
