The ingredients needed to make Dry tinda:
  1. Make ready 250 gms Tinda(scraped) cut into wedges
  2. Take 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  3. Take 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  4. Take 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  5. Take 1/2 tsp amchur powder
  6. Prepare 1/4 tsp garam masala
  7. Take 1 tsp dhaniya powder
  8. Make ready to taste Salt
  9. Make ready 2 tbsp oil
  10. Make ready 1-2 green chillies chopped
  11. Prepare 1-2 onions thinly sliced
  12. Prepare 1 tomato chopped
  13. Take Coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions to make Dry tinda:
  1. Heat oil in a pan or kadai add cumin seeds..
  2. Now add onions sauté for a minute.Now add chopped Tinda along with rest of the powdered spices except amchur..mix well
  3. Cook covered on low flame.when half done add the tomatoes and the green chilli and mix well..stir occasionally
  4. When till Tinda is done add amchur powder and garam masala mix well
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves..serve hot with fulka and rice
