  13. Get 1/2 tsp turmeric
  14. Take 1/2 tsp garam masala
  15. Take 2 tbsp oil
  16. Prepare 1/2 tsp kasuri methi
Steps to make Stuffed Tinda Curry:
  1. Take a plate add dry masala mixed.
  2. Take a tinda peeled,washed,dry and slit in 4 pieces stuff dry masala keep a side.
  3. Take a wok add oil then oil hest add garlic saute add onion saute till golden brown then add ginger,tomato puree and dry masala mixed and ssute then oil separate add stuff tinda saute for 2 minutes then add half cup of water and cover with lid after cook add kasuri methi.
  4. Then enjoy stuff tinda curry in simple chspati.
