  2. Get 1.5 onion sliced

  5. Prepare 1 tsp salt
  6. Make ready 1.5 medium sized Tomatoes
  7. Prepare 1.5 tsp red chilli powder
  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  9. Prepare 1/4 zeera powder
  10. Take 1/2 tsp garlic paste
  11. Take 1/2 tap ginger paste
  12. Get 1/2 cup oil
  13. Make ready Water
Instructions to make Tinday Gosht:
  1. Take a pot, pour oil. Heat it up and put onion. Fry till it turns brown and then add meat, ginger garlic paste and fry for few minutes. Tinday Gosht1. Add all spices and chilies

  4. Pour more hot water (upto the requirement) and add whole chilies
  5. Garnish with Coriander and serve with Peas rice and salad
