  1. First clean &wash Palak. Keep few palak leaves separate. Rest of Palak Take one kadai keep palak leaves for blanch. Put little salt & sugar while blanching. Sugar for keep the green color intact.
  2. After blanching set in room temperature and make it puree. Now another kadai heat oil put jeera, onion& pinch of hing fry little. Add chopped garlic & ginger & chillies. tSir it add tomato. Fry well add salt kasoori methi. Garam masala powder
  3. In an another microwave bowl put little salt boil corn & keep aside.
  4. Now kept separated palak make fine chopped mix with the masala and saute. now add corn stir it add palak puree and now add cream mix well. After switch off flame. Keep cover with the lid for few seconds.

Serve this palak corn sabji mixed in boiled rice and make corn palak rice! I have made this corn palak.
