  1. Peel tinda, wash it, deep fry, after cool cut in between
  2. Take a bowl mix all dry masale,fill this mixture in between of tinda
  3. Take pan heat oil add paste of onion tomato ginger garlic.
  4. Fry it until oil separate then add filed tinda cover with lid.cook 10-15 minutes.
  5. Now add malai in this veg mix it well and garnish with green coriander leaves.
