  21. Get 3 tsp Ghee

Instructions to make Masala dosa with bell pepper sabji:
  1. Soak all the ingredients under dosa for 4 hours
  2. Grind smoothly by adding sufficient water and salt.
  3. Allow it for fermentation over night.
  4. Next day check the fermentation.
  5. Heat tawa, grease with ghee.
  6. Pour the batter, spread evenly.
  7. Flip over it for a few seconds, remove and serve.
  8. Repeat the same for remaining
  9. Hint -If you want dosa to be crisp add rava and corn flour to it. I have done it this way for healthy dosa.
  10. For sabji
  11. Chop bell peppers, tomatoes and spinach finely
  12. Heat ghee, do seasoning.
  13. Add chopped ingredients, saute it.
  14. Add asafoetida and salt to taste.
  15. Combine garam masala, chilli powder,cover and cook in low flame for 10 minutes.
  16. Open the lid check the cookness, saute once and serve with hot masala does.
