  1. Make ready 2 bowls Cooked leftover rice
  2. Take 3/4 cup Chopped capsicum, carrots, cabbage altogether
  3. Take 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  4. Take 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  5. Make ready to taste Salt
  6. Get as required Oil
  7. Make ready 1 tsp Jeera
  8. Prepare 1/2 cup Chopped Onions

  10. Prepare 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
Instructions to make Veg Masala Rice:
  1. Heat some oil in a wok.
  2. Add all chopped vegs and stir fry.Take out on a plate.Add onions and saute.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste,salt and saute further.
  4. Now add turmeric,chilli powder, garam masala half tsp and fried veggies.Stir well.
  5. Add leftover rice and stir fry 5mins more.
