  19. Make ready 2 tbsp coconut, fresh or dry
  20. Take 1 medium sized onion, finely chopped
  21. Make ready 1 tsp ginger-garlic chilli paste
  22. Prepare 250 gm amul paneer
  23. Take 2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
  24. Get 1/2 capsicum, cubed
  25. Make ready 1/2 tsp turmeric (haldi)
  26. Make ready to taste salt
  27. Take 1 cup water
  28. Take 2 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped
  29. Make ready 1 tbsp kasuri methi leaves
  30. Get 50 gm almarai cream
Instructions to make Spicy paneer veg kolhapuri:
  1. METHOD - first boil vegetables along with little salt for 10 minutes.
  2. In a large kadai dry roast, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, coriander seeds, cumin seeds
  3. Also take cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, pepper, red chilli and coconut dry roast and blend to smooth powder without adding any water.
  4. Keep a side heat oil and saute onions add ginger-garlic paste then add tomato and saute Well more, add capsicum and saute slightly.
  5. Also add prepared masala and salt to taste saute well till the oil separates from the masala
  6. Add boiled vegetables, water and amul paneer, add almarai cream coriander leaves cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
