  21. Take 1 teaspoon red chilli sauce
  22. Get 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  23. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
  24. Get 2-3 tablespoons tomato ketchup
  25. Prepare 1 teaspoon sugar
  26. Get to taste Salt
  27. Prepare 2 teaspoons cornflour (make slurry in water)
  28. Prepare as required Spring onion leaves for garnish
Steps to make Rice Manchurian:
  1. Mix all ingredients mentioned in ' for manchurian'. Make balls from it and fry in hot oil till golden brown.
  2. In a pan heat oil. Add chopped onion, capsicum and cabbage and saute them. Add garlic paste and ginger paste and saute them. Add corn flour slurry and enough water and mix it. Add salt, red chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar and sugar. Mix well and cook till get desired consistency. Add prepared manchurian and enjoy.
