  1. Take 500 gm Bhindi(Lady finger) cut in to 1-inch pieces
  2. Get 3 tbsp Oil-3-tbsp
  3. Take 1/2 tsp Hing
  4. Make ready 1/2 tbsp Haldi / turmeric powder
  5. Prepare 4-5 cloves Chopped garlic
  6. Make ready 2 tbsp Rosted besan
  7. Take 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
  8. Take 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  9. Take 1 tbsp Roasted peanut powder
  10. Prepare 1/2 tbsp Amchur powder
  11. Take as needed coriander leaves
Steps to make Masala Bhindi Sabzi:
  1. Heat oil in a pan add hing, chopped garlic, haldi powder, salt, and add bhindi. Mix well
  2. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, till the bhindi are completely cooked
  3. Add 2-tbsp roasted besan, red chilli powder, Coriander power, haldi powder, roasted peanut powder, amchur powder and Coriander leaves
  4. Take the pan off the heat and mix well
  5. Serve hot with rotis
  6. Enjoy
