Instructions to make Methi Thepla, Potato Sabzi With Masala Tea:
  1. Boil potatoes in cooker up to 3 whistles.. Take a bowl, add wheat flour, besan and methi leaves. Add 1 tsp turmeric powder, 2 tsp red chilli powder, chilli flakes, 1/2 tsp hing, curd, 2 tsp oil, and salt, mix well, gradually add water and Knead a semi-soft dough. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Open presser cooker, takeout boiled potatoes, peel off, cut in dice.Take a kadai, put on medium flame of gas, add 1 tsp oil, 1/2 tsp hing, jeera, green chillies, curry leaves, mix well. Now add cut potatoes, add salt, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 2 tsp red chilli powder, coriander powder, pav-bhaji masala, mix well. Lastly add lemon juice, mix again, turn off gas, potato sabzi is ready. Cover a lid, keep aside.
  3. Turn on gas, keep a tawa on medium flame, make small balls from thepla dough. Take 1 ball, with the help of rolling pin and round board, make a round thepla, put on tawa, roast it perfectly on both sides by applying oil, till it turns golden brown. Same like prepare all theplas.
  4. Ready to serve hot and yummy, healthy breakfast with masala tea, green and red chillies pickle, or with tomato garlic red chutney. Enjoy your mouthwatering, morning booster breakfast with a newspaper or magazine.
