  3. Milk achhe se alag krne se ye chipkega nahi.

  5. Butter ko sath sath mix karein taki base par Na lage.
  6. Thodi der me mawa alag or ghee alag ho jaega.mawa brown nahi krna hai.white hi rkhna hai.
  7. Gas off kar kisi hanky se ya muslin cloth or any white cloth se ghee alag kar le.
  8. Mawa alag ho jaega.
  9. Ab gajar ke halwe ko garam karein.or kisi square ya rectangular box me fela de.or upper se mawa fella de. Press karein.
  10. 1-2 hour normal refrigerate karein.
