  11. Get 1 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  12. Take 1/2 tsp Coriander seeds

  15. Take 3 tsp Curry leaves
Instructions to make Mutton Chukka:
  1. Dry roast the ingredients given for masala powder and grind to a fine powder.
  2. Wash and clean the Mutton pieces.
  3. In a cooker add oil. Once oil gets heat, add cumin seeds.
  4. Add dry red chilli, shallots and curry leaves. Saute till shallots becomes translucent.
  5. Add the Mutton pieces, turmeric powder and salt. Fry till it releases water and water gets dried.
  6. Add the masala powder and mix well. Then add required water. Close the lid and leave for 10 whistles. Whistles depend based on the quality of the mutton.
  7. Open the lid once the pressure goes off and add some chopped curry leaves. Check for consistency if needed you can make it as gravy or dry. Transfer to a bowl.
  8. Now it's ready to serve. Serve hot for Curry Dosa or as a Sidedish for Sambar Rice or Rasam Rice or Curd Rice.
