  1. Matinate the mutton with salt, turmeric powder,half of the ginger garlic paste,red chilli Powder onion and garam masala powder
  2. Keep it aside for 1-2 hrs prior to cooking
  3. Heat oil and fry the Potatoes adding salt and turmeric powder till golden brown
  4. Remove it and add more oil,temper Cumin seeds bay leaf and whole garam masalas
  5. Add ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell disappears
  6. Add onion and fry till brown
  7. Now add the mutton saute and cover
  8. As it starts releasing oil add cumin-coriander and red chilli powder saute
  9. Add tomato paste and the Potatoes mix well
  10. Add salt and water and cover again till the mutton and Potatoes are soft
  11. Serve it hot with steamed rice
