Instructions to make Zero oil Mutton Curry:
  1. Finely chop onion. Heat a thick bottomed pan or a cooker, put the chopped onion and let it fry.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste once onion starts turning brown. Mix well. Now add cleaned mutton pieces.
  3. Mix well and allow it to cook till mutton changes colour
  4. Add salt and chilli powder as required. Mix well
  5. Add garam masala
  6. Add curry leaves
  7. Add curd
  8. Mix well and let it cook for 3-4mins
  9. Add 2 cups of water and cook the mutton for five whistles
  10. Keep simmering the mutton
  11. Make paste of soaked almonds and poppy seeds. Mix it in the curry and let it simmer for 5-10mins. Garnish with fresh coriander.

Pressure cook marinated mutton until the meat is fully done. Open the pressure cooker when steam gets released completely.
