  1. Wash mutton.. and marinate with ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder and turmeric powder..
  2. Cut the onion in slices.
  3. Heat mustard oil according to ur choice.. Heat the mutton fat. Then add whole garam masala, then add whole red chilli and little bit of sliced onion.Cook the onion till golden brown..
  4. Then add the rest onion, add the marinated meat, little bit of salt and meat masala..
  5. Mix those.. put a lid and simmer it in low flame.
  6. In every 5 min,take off the lid and mix..So that onion will start leaving water..
  7. While mutton is 80% cooked, add the masalas.. And again simmer.
  8. A very thick spicy aromat gravy will be made..serve them hot
