10. Make a slurry of corn flour & pour over the mixture. Add water. Add salt & let it boil till the gravy becomes sticky. Add the dumplings & boil.
11. Sprinkle cabbage on the gravy & add rice. Toss well.
12. Transfer the ready dish in a serving bowl & sprinkle spring onions greens on top. Serve one-meal-dish piping hot.
