The ingredients needed to make Mutton curry:
  1. Take 400 grm mutton
  2. Get 2 Onions chopped
  3. Take 1 tsp ginger paste
  4. Take 1 tbsp garlic paste
  5. Make ready 1 tbsp cumin and coriander powder
  6. Get 1 tsp red chilli Powder
  7. Prepare 1 tsp meat masala powder
  8. Prepare 1 tsp turmeric powder
  9. Get 1 tsp cumin seed
  10. Prepare 1 bay leaf
  11. Take 1 dry red chilli
  12. Get To taste salt and sugar
  13. Get As needed oil and ghee
Steps to make Mutton curry:
  1. Marinate the mutton with all the ingredients except whole masalas and ghee for atleast one hour
  2. Heat oil temper whole cumin,bay leaf and red chilli
  3. Now pour the marinated mutton and saute
  4. Cover it and keep in low heat
  5. Stir occasionally to avoid sticking to the pan
  6. As the masalas start releasing oil pour some hot water mix and cover for another 20 mnts or till it gets soft
  7. Finally add sugar and ghee
  8. Serve it with plain rice or roti
