Instructions to make Mutton kosha(mutton  curry):
  1. Matinate the mutton with salt turmeric powder,red chilli Powder,onion,ginger garlic paste, oil and curd,keep aside for 2-3 hrs
  2. Heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf red chilli whole and whole garam masalas
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and saute well
  4. Add onion chopped and saute till it is soft and brown now add the mutton and saute well
  5. Cook on low heat till it is soft and moist
  6. Now add water and simmer till the mutton is tender
  7. Add sugar (optional) and garam masala powder along with ghee and serve.
