For layering:- Take a pan 1st put a layer of rice then sprinkle biryani masala and mint coriander leaves then add paneer tikka masala and spread then again put a layer of rice then sprinkle biryani masala and mint coriander leaves then put layer of paneer tikka masala and repeat making layer till rice and paneer tikka masala completed. Then cover pan with a plate and cook it for 10 min in low flame. Then serve hot with raita.
