  15. Get 1 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  16. Get 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  17. Take 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves (Optional)
  18. Prepare As needed Salt

  7. Add 2 cups of water and pressure cook until the mutton is cooked well. It usually takes around 4 to 5 whistles. Onions get mashed into the gravy, by this time.
  8. Remove the cooker from heat and let the pressure release.
  9. Add more water if required and cook for some more time.
  10. Garnish with lemon juice. Serve hot.
  11. Coriander Leaves is optional. Add it only if you like the coriander leaves flavour.
