  7. Take 1 piece ginger

  18. Get 1 tbsp Garlic paste

  20. Make ready 2 tomato paste
  21. Prepare 1/2 cup yoghurt
  22. Take 2 tsp red chilli powder
  23. Take 1 tsp zeera powder
  24. Prepare 1 tsp coriander powder
  25. Take 1/2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
  26. Take to taste Salt
  27. Prepare 1 1/2 cup oil
  28. Prepare Garnishing
  29. Get Green chilli chopped
  30. Make ready Green coriander leaves chopped
  31. Prepare Lemon
  32. Get Fried oinon as required
Steps to make Mutton Trotter Curry (Payaa):
  1. Clean and scrub the mutton Trotter with whole wheat husk, leave it on the trotter for 5 minutes and then rinse well.
  2. Now put the trotter in the pressure cooker add hot water as required.
  3. Now add all the above garam masala, oinon, ginger and Garlic. Now cook the mutton Trotter in half an hour in pressure cooker.
  4. Heat the oil in an other pan add oinon paste and fry till light brown.then add ginger garlic paste, tomato paste and fry till light brown.
  5. Add all dry ingredients and Mix well then add yoghurt and cook till the oil comes up.
  6. Add the trotter and mix well.
  7. Stain the trotter yakhni and add in pan.
  8. Cook the curry until you get the desired consistency of the Gravy. Add the nalii.
  9. Garnish the green coriander leaves, green chilli chopped,fried oinon and lemon.
  10. Serve hot with naan. You can see the nalii is floating in the curry.
